At Noris, we offer very flexible working time models, the option of working from home, flat hierarchies, collaboration in mixed teams and a wide range of opportunities for co-determination. This creates individual freedom and variety in the organisation of everyday working life and in the choice of work location. The aim is to enable each individual to realise their full potential. We aim to strengthen our employees' satisfaction and sense of belonging by providing good training and targeted support through further training.

Whether in day-to-day project business, in ongoing production or in administration: the composition of our workforce in the various positions is visible proof that equality, tolerance and integration are not just empty words for us. Rather, they are integral parts of our corporate culture.

However, the growing shortage of skilled labour also means that we, as a medium-sized company, have to be particularly attentive and open to change. We are consistently working on making our working conditions even more competitive in order to create a working environment that is and remains attractive to talented people.
